Relifeme firmly condemns all forms of child abuse and sexual exploitation.
The Social Network is committed to preventing unlawful behavior, protecting the most vulnerable users, and cooperating with the relevant authorities.
This page provides information on the measures adopted and how to report any violations.

Relifeme's commitment to child protection

Relifeme is a Social Network based on ethical principles of equality, universal access, and cultural and religious inclusivity, ensuring privacy and security for all users.
The platform applies zero tolerance towards any content or behavior that may facilitate, promote, or pose a risk to minors.
Our policies include:

  1. absolute prohibition of explicit or suggestive content involving minors;
  2. active moderation of reports related to abuse or sexual exploitation;
  3. immediate cooperation with law enforcement in case of serious reports;
  4. accessible reporting tools to allow users to report any violations.

How to report child abuse or sexual exploitation

If you encounter suspicious content or behavior that may constitute child abuse or sexual exploitation, report it immediately through the following channels.

In the Relifeme Social Network

You can report:

  1. a specific user;
  2. a specific LifeBook;
  3. a specific content;
  4. a general abuse.

For each report, it is necessary:

  1. select the subject Child safety;
  2. describe the issue in detail in the dedicated text field;
  3. attach an image (optional) to provide evidence for the report.

In the email, provide detailed information about what you have observed, specifying the reason for the report.

How reports are handled

All reports related to child abuse and sexual exploitation are treated with the highest priority by the Relifeme staff.
Verification procedure:

  1. immediate analysis of the report by our staff;
  2. assessment of the severity of the violation and verification of the reported content;
  3. prompt actions, including:
    1. immediate blocking of the reported user or LifeBook;
    2. immediate blocking of the reported content;
    3. involvement of the competent authorities, if necessary;
    4. response to the reporting user, when possible.

Reports are handled with the utmost respect for user privacy. However, reports submitted through the Social Network Relifeme, while confidential, are not completely anonymous since the reporting user is a registered member and provides a contact email address. Reports sent via the public page, on the other hand, can be made anonymously. In some cases, additional information may be requested to facilitate further verification.

Collaboration with the competent authorities

Relifeme actively collaborates with authorities and organizations specialized in child protection. In case of serious violations, reports will be forwarded to the competent law enforcement agencies, in compliance with national and international laws.
